For over a century, Valobra soaps have been made with the traditional method known as “caldaia a cielo aperto” (open top cauldron). In this long process, as old as it is romantic, every stage contributes to obtaining a soap renowned for its impeccable quality. After the traditional “cotta” (baking), the soap is aged at length before being enriched with creams and scents. It is then milled no less than four times to ensure maximum density and a uniform texture. Then the Valobra moulds give the soap bar a distinctive curvy shape to sit perfectly in your hands.
